I should get what i deserve. Isn't it?


I always believe i should get what i deserve. If i pay $, i expect some level of service from the one receiving my $. i'm not an unreasonable customer. however if u don't perform to meet minimum service standard, i'm sorry you have met me.. coz... i make sure u get it! this kind of ppl really not suitable to do this line...
ok ok.. after so much.. what happen right?
Things just pissed me off instantly that i decided to use my wonderful email address to sent out one email to that company highlighting to them there is such idiots exisitng in your company that is ruining your image terribly and u dun even dream to earn my 1 cents anymore. and u all should know when i write such letter.. it usually come with power and beautiful language. hahahahaaa.... which after so long never practise, i still think it is decent enough and at least powerful enough to get them working!
ok ok... things goes like this.....
Bought a bracelet from one "claimed" higher end shop. My b'day gift from my sisters this year oh.. so sistas, know where hor.. tt place lo...
ok.. so bought in Feb, now the coating all gone, so i went to service, it comes with 3 years warranty ok... At point of service, just tell me give guarantee card will do. no charges mentioned whatsoever. and require 2 weeks of servicing time. Totally reasonable and fine....
i waited 2 weeks.. till i really forgot all about it lo... and i rec'd a call today. at the moment i thought ready for collection since so long liao right? who know the bloody auntie ( I assume her voice is auntie la..) at the other end tell me what! with these exact words and bor chap tone! :" I call to tell u, u must pay $21.40 to service due to chemical fault. If you don't pay we won't service."
TA MA DE....
1) who the hell are u to speak in such tone to customer.
2) Why the hell must i pay when it is under warranty and why never tell me upfront?
3) U need bloody 2 whole weeks of time to call and tell me i need to pay before u work? Then another 2 more weeks is it?
4) Aku seriously dun understand "Chemical Fault" - then isn't it ur fault? i don't use any chemical? what the hell u talking?
5) Well... and... she call the wrong time, coz i was busy with those idiot consultants tt time...
So.. i simply asked her 2 Qs: WHy must i pay when under warranty and what u meant by Chemcial fault. and this is her exact reply: "I Don't know, you call office and check lo"
Knowing me.. do you think i'll still spend my another second and talk to her? hahaha... and well.. this is my exact words to her:" Halo! I want U to ask your OFFICE ppl and call me to explain on my questions if you are unable to answer."
i actually give her a chance.. but till end of the day, no one call me.. another day wasted lo.. but i really cannot stand the auntie tone and attitude. Like i beg for her to service like that leh....
Anyway... my email already to them.. hoping they can act on it fast.
omg..i'm horrible hor.. but.. i should get what i derserve what... tt bracelet not cheap also ok.. so i shall update again... on the auntie fate? hahahhaa.. i don't care acually, just get my bracelet done.. now hand very naked leh.. arghhhhh
