The story of Chicken and Duck.....

We are currently upgrading our SAP-LC system.. so after careful selection from a few vendors.. we decided on the good reputation, good name vendor to be our consultant (let's name it - S).

Thinking it has a profound name same as SPH.. so its standard should be there... Blueprint started.. and damn it lo.. we r required FULL TIME in the project and expected to finish our work on time as well.. so the only best solution provided to us is - work on project from 830-6pm and ur normal work after 6pm. No OT pay was being mentioned.. coz we r not entitled to OT.. no time off claim was being mentioned... and worse of all.. they can't even promise our apprasal if this project goes well.. only say.. this will look good in my CV.. Hello MISS.. my CV already very nice liao lo.. with this or w/o this won't make alot of diff lo... huh!

so as i was mentioning.. the blue print started..and it was also the day we met our consultant whom is going to be our " best friend" from now till Oct this year...

i got scared when i enter the room...7 of them only lo... and only 4 of us from finance.. but soon.. i was wrong.. ITD brought even more ppl down lo.. hahaha... ended up.. i think they r scared of us.. we r fierce.. we r unreasonable..we r impatient.. we r demanding.. WE R THEIR CUSTOMER leh.. bor bian..

so.. out of the 7 - 3 r Singaporean.. no problem in communications.. but they dun talk! this project was divided into BCS and BW and i suay suay in charge of BCS... BCS got 2 lady.. one from Thailand.. one from Indonesia.. and 2 indian for BW.. so they r the one doing most of the talking...

i seriously had hard time this whole week lo... trying to understand waht r they talking... whole day been hearing LAN LAN LAN LAN.. i thought LAN WHAT??? its actually RUN the report.. RUN the program.. RUN!!! oh my god! and i'd been hearing.. MAD COW MAD COW.. i thought what MAD COW DISEASE???? it actually means... ACCOUNT!!! and STUPID! i thought who they r scolding who STUPID... and i realised its SPILT.. ACCOUNTS HAVE TO SPILT..

its like their tougue cannot twist lo.. wonder r thai and indonesian good kisser or not? hahahha...

and the 2 indian man.. super kisser lo.. till their words all twisted till i cannot figure out..!!! and talking to them i realised my head will shake like them also... spend somemore time with them.. soon i'll talk like them! BUAI TAHAN LEH!!!!!!!

and they simply cannot understand me! tell them A.. they give me B! give them this.. they ask me that... provide them this.. still ask for this!!!!! WHAT R THEM DOING!!! i'm not free!!!

so soon.. everyone got fed up with them! wasting time only.. i got alot of things to do one lo....

so everyday.. the chicken and duck session like never ending... tell them so many times.. write to them on white board.. still they can record wrongly one lo....

told them" Currently there's no more goodwill amortisation. However goodwill is subject to impairment every year end."

they can give me waht u know? "Currently no more goodwill amortisation. Goodwill is computed based on impairment."

Anyone with little sense of accounting knowledge.. tell me.. pls enlighten me.. how to compute goodwill based on impairment???????? i would seriously like to know how????? from this.. we know.. someone who dun know anything abt accounting is building an accounting software!!! we r putting ourselve into too high risk liao! sighed... everyday i go in and come out that meeting room feeling shag.. still have to review their documentation.. its a joke sometime to read things like this.. what the heck!!!

Tian ah.. $ is damn difficult to earn.. Anyone want to recruit me?
