Its the time of the year.. AGAIN...

ITs the time of the year again.... ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW..... Appraisal period... sighed... i like and hate this period... this period is where I know how my boss think of my performance during the year (of coz happy de la!) and my chance to ask for more $$...

but i dislike where i have to drop handful of hair to self appraise myself and to discuss my goals for coming year.... (which are all craps!)

So ya.. i got my form today.. and thinking what to write for myself.. rank myself too high also paisey and they'll expect much more from u next year.. put myself average.. hard to get $$$$ leh.... ahhhhh

SO! objective is to ask u all think for me! AHHHHHH... DUN U DARE CHANGE UR WINDOW OR CLOSE THIS WINDOW away hor! I DUN CARE.. answer BEFORE u go.. if not.. DUN EVER COME .... hehehe....
